Thank you for shopping with Luve Jewellery.

At this stage of our journey as a growing startup, we do not offer returns or exchanges on any products once they have been sold. We request our customers to carefully review product details before making a purchase.


Order Issues & Damages

We take great care in ensuring that every product is thoroughly checked before dispatch. However, if you receive:

  • A damaged item
  • A defective product
  • An incorrect item

Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at shop@luvejewellery.in with:

  • Your order number
  • Clear photos/videos of the issue

Once reviewed, we will assess the situation and, if found valid, provide a suitable resolution at our discretion.


Non-Returnable Items

As of now, all items sold on our website are non-returnable and non-exchangeable, including:

  • Regular products
  • Customized or personalized jewellery
  • Sale items
  • Gift cards

Cancellations

Orders once placed cannot be cancelled after they have been processed or shipped.


Refunds (If Applicable)

Refunds will only be processed in cases where:

  • An order cannot be fulfilled by us, or
  • A genuine issue has been verified and approved by our team

If approved, refunds will be initiated to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.
